For some years now, I have been replying to some inquires about Portugal, either public inquires via news (USENET), or private ones via e-mail. Although my answers are usually incomplete and tentative (I'm only a regular guy), they probably included information that *as now* is not easily obtainable over the NET. Therefore, I created this page containing some Q&A's, hoping that they could be useful for someone performing a net search.
