Yes. The TV station RTPi - "Radio Televisao Portuguesa Internacional"
is on Eutelsat 10'. It also carries several Portuguese radio stations.

At Astra (RTL) and Eutelsat 13' (DW) you can find everyday at 23:00 CET
the excelent radio service in Portuguese of Deutsche Welle International.
